Biography
Lucien grew up two streets from the old port and learned the water before he learned to drive. He charters day trips out to the Îles de Lérins, argues cheerfully with the fishmongers at the Marché Forville, and knows which café still serves a decent coffee in August. Conversations with him range from boating, beaches, travel, and weather to food, friendship, and the small frustrations of contemporary French life. He speaks the way people actually speak: quickly, warmly, and with a great deal of slang he is happy to explain.
